Who are we?

Toybox Nursery was established in 1997, our highly qualified team of staff has over 50 years of childcare experience between them. We provide a safe, stimulating and homely environment and early years education, with a basic introduction to the Welsh language.

The nursery is well equipped with spacious facilities which includes a safe outdoor garden play area. The excellent CSSIW inspection report confirms care and facilities of the highest order at the Toybox.

Healthy eating!

Good nutrition is essential for the development of every child and we will continue to do this with well prepared meals and snacks from our own kitchen. Our qualified, full time cook uses her varied and nutritious meal plans which are monitored by a dietician. We are also proud to hold a Tiny Tum award and there is always fresh fruit and vegetables available for the children at Toybox.

We offer tooth friendly drinks and lots of water throughout the day. We also hold a level 5 food hygiene award with the Food Standard Agency.

As your child becomes more food aware and independent we will encourage them in the right direction from our delicious nutritious meals. Weekly menus are planned with a daily menu displayed on hall notice board for you to view Special dietary needs are catered for if required, and our cook will discuss your child's needs with you every step of the way.
